The Department of Nursing of Democritus Univercity of Thrace supports the development of Doctoral studies.

The Doctoral Degree is an academic title, which certifies the development of original scientific research and the substantial contribution of its holder to the development of science and knowledge in the respective scientific field.

The Department of Nursing has adopted the general regulation for the development of Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies of Democritus Univercity of Thrace as amended until a relevant regulation of the Department is drawn up.
